Processing & Shipping

We require a minimum of 3 business days for order processing. Once processed your order will be shipped via Royal Mail, which may take up to 1-2 business days for delivery.

Orders are dispatched on weekdays. If a shipping day falls on a holiday, your order will be sent on the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Royal Mail directly. Renovare Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages and does not issue refunds in these cases.

Returns

At Renovare Skin, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural, and organic skincare products made with love and care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final unless an error occurs on behalf of Renovare Skin. No returns or discounts will be provided for final sale items.

Here’s why:

Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, and once opened, there’s a risk of contamination. For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns.
